1. Power assurance system

In addition to the conventional power system, generators that match the chicken farm must be required and can be switched automatically.

2. Lighting

Ensure uniform illumination in the house, use a split-level installation of the bulb or use a row of lights.

3. Feeding and feeding system

The feeding and feeding process does not require any manual operation and the entire process is fully automated. The basic working process is as follows:

The feed tanker feeds the feed to the feed storage tower outside the chicken house on time, and then the lateral feed device feeds the feed in the feed tower to the feed hopper of each column at a set time. After the last driving hopper is filled with feed, the lateral conveying device automatically stops feeding. The feeding carriage runs backwards according to the set time, and when it runs to the end of each column of cages, the driving automatically stops. During the operation, the hopper of each layer of the train corresponds to one trough, which can evenly feed the feed in the trough, and each chicken can freely feed fresh feed.

After the flock feeds the feed of the trough (set a certain time), the feeding train automatically runs to the front end of the cage and then automatically stops at the head frame position. During the operation, the vehicle again landed the feed evenly in the trough, and this process completed a feeding procedure. The number of 1d feeds is based on the craft of each farm.

4. Automatic drinking water system

The water supply line of the battery layer cage equipment is set in the middle of the top of each layer of chicken cages. Two nipples are set in each cage for the chickens in the chicken cages on the left and right sides. A V-shaped sink is placed under the nipples to set the chickens. The splash of water splashed when drinking water, and then naturally evaporated. The splash of water will not fall into the chicken manure, making the chicken manure more dry.

A filter, a smart water meter, a dosing device and a pressure relief regulator are provided at the front of each water line.With the digital information of the smart water meter, the daily drinking situation of the chickens can be understood, and the health status of the chickens can be judged.
